Awards made in 2025/26
Round 1
- 14th Edinburgh North East Scout Group: Awarded £3,000 to provide transport, toilets and showers for a scout troop summer camp.
- Abbeyhill School Parent Council: Awarded £2,650 to cover the cost of picnic benches for Abbeyhill Primary School.
- Craigentinny Community Gardening Association: Awarded £1,500 towards the cost of a garden coordinator for Craigentinny Community Garden.
- Lochend Community Growing Project: Awarded £1,045 for ‘From Blowin’ to Glowing: Shed Roof Restoration!’
- Northfield & Willowbrae Community Council: Awarded £1,650 for Northfield and Willowbrae Community and Environment Fair, and completion of a Local Place Plan.
- Northfield & Willowbrae Community Council: Awarded £2,150 for a historic interpretation board.
- The Field Group (Duddingston): Awarded £2,896 to keep paths safe for visitors and to restore the local meadow habitat.
- Abbeyhill Colony of Artists: Awarded £2,896 for ‘Abbeyhill Colony of Artists, Celebrating 20 years in 2025!’ (mural and arts related local events).
- Urban Eden Owners Association: Awarded £1,500 for the Urban Eden 'Public Spaces Murals Regeneration Project'.
